wieso denn warten? bis dahin hattest du sowieso noch 3 andere Fahrzeuge...
Der Goldene ist kein RS1, das ist nur ein Prototype 1,4TFSI mit Quattro. Davon gab es nur ein paar Stück, nur für den internen Verwendung und die anderen als Spielzeug für den Vorstand.
Soweit ich weiß, soll es keinen RS1 geben. Es gibt eine Kleinserie mit bis zu 500Stück für gutes Geld -Start Frühjahr 2012 und ab 2013 soll dann der S1 kommen.
Die Kleinserie hat Vollaustattung und den 2,0TFSI mit 250PS drin.
Der S1 hat eine gehobene Ausstattung und Konfigurationsmöglichkeiten mit dem 2,0TFSI und 220PS
also das kann ich mir nicht vorstellen, dass das Auto mit dem stärkeren Motor zuerst raus kommt und danach erst die quasi schwache S Version... 
2013 wäre schon lange bis zu einem S-Modell, die kommen doch normalerweise gleich mal raus..
Man könnte auch sagen, 2012 kommt der alte Motor und ab 2013 dann der Neue EA888

das ist nur der Start der Produktion und damit er in Genf vorgestellt werden kann
und auch an dieser Stelle ist es bereits 2 Jahre her als wir die ersten Teile des RS1 gesehen haben und nun wird es Gerüchten zufolge immer konkreter....

schon lange hat sich zum Thema RS1 nichts mehr getan, aber es gab vor Kurzem im hohen Norden mal wieder eine Sichtung die nicht zu den bereits bekannten A1 Derivaten passt. Leider war es nicht möglich so schnell ein Foto zu schießen, aber man stelle sich einen A1 mit links und rechts einem Endrohr und einer Q3 ähnlichen Heckschürze vor und dann fragt man sich halt was da unter Umständen für eine Technik darunter stecken könnte...
